Bubble Tea
Bubble tea is a cold fruit milk tea smoothie with sweet tapioca bubbles!
We start with a small amount of black tea, ice, some non-dairy creamer (just a bit for the milk part), flavor powder (or a combination of multiple flavors) and blend away.
Now for the best part...HUGE sweet tapioca balls are placed in the bottom of a cup and the fruit milk tea smoothie is poured directly over the top.
Get out your big bubble tea straw and enjoy!

Loose Tea
The Block House Café only serves a special variety of loose teas. Loose teas provide a fresh taste and more true tea flavor than some bagged teas. Tea bags can contain smaller particles or dust that can reduce the quality.
The difference between the various types of tea is the degree of oxidation that takes place. After tea is picked, the leaves begin to wilt and oxidize.
Green Tea-lightly oxidized, produced 1-2 days after picking
Black Tea-fully oxidized, strong in flavor and caffeine
White Tea-no oxidation, has more caffeine than green tea
Oolong-semi oxidized, more body green tea but less than black
Fruit and Herbal-does not contain tea leaves only herbs, flowers and fruits-naturally caffeine free
